Anglais BEP : Patrick Timsit's holidays : "be going to" et conditionnel présent

                                      PATRICK TIMSIT IS GOING TO TAKE THE PLANE

OBJECTIFS : rebrassage de be going to, utiulisation du conditionnel présent et construction de phrases complexes.

1. Expression orale à partir de deux photos extraites de Version femina n° 177, 21 août 2005 (dont je peux fournir un exemplaire sur demande). L'une représente l'acteur portant ses bagages, l'autre montre ce qu'il emporte.

Do you know this man ? Where is he ? What is he doing ? What is he going to do ? Answer : He is going to spend three months on a desert island.

Imagine nine things he is going to take with him. La deuxième photo donne la réponse :

an antimosquito spray - an antivenom pump - an antiburn scream - a golf glove and a golf ball - a sun hat - sunglasses - a knife - chocolate sweets - 

Why ? Because on a desert island you can be bitten by snakes. Because on a desert island it's generally hot.

2. What about you ? What would you take with you if you went to a desert island ? Justify your answer.

What wouldn't you take with you ?  Why not ?

Ex : I'd take a sunscream because I'd need to protect myself from the sun. I wouldn't take any money because there would'nt be anything to buy on the island.

4. Les élèves choisissent une autre personnalité et citent, d'après ce qu'ils savent d'elle, ce qu'elle emporterait et pourquoi.
